A dependency is nothing more than a resource, and a package's NAVR. A dependency identifies a resource, and the package that it comes from. Dependency that consists of a package NAVR "foo(i386)-1-2" with the resource "bar=1.0" is specified as: "foo(i386)-1-2: bar=1.0".
